Organizational Chart

The Owner/Operator is at the top level of the Organizational Chart.

At the second level is one position reporting directly to the Owner/Operator: Executive Director of Operations.

At the third level and reporting directly to the Executive Director of Operations are four positions: Talent Director, Customer Experience Director, Sales & Brand Growth Director, and Operations Director Financial Stewardship Director.

At the fourth level reporting directly to the Talent Director is the Training Manager.

At the fourth level four positions reporting directly to the Customer Experience Director: Tow Front of House Managers and Two Back of House Managers.

At the fourth level reporting directly to the Sales & Brand Growth Director is the Sales & Brand Growth Manager.

At the fourth level reporting directly to the Financial Stewardship Director is the HR/Scheduling Manager.

At the fifth level reporting directly to the Training Manager are the Trainers.

Trainers are on the sixth level and report to the Front of House Managers, Back of House Managers, Sales & Brand Growth Manager and the HR/Scheduling Manager.

Team Members are on the sixth level and report directory to the Team Leaders.
